The current development build uses Google’s sample test ads. Live advertising depends on release configuration.
This policy explains how information is handled in the Android game Get Out of Bed, Grandpa Joe, by WonderRivet Studios. The game saves progress on your device and uses Google AdMob for advertising.
Your game progress
Scores, records, earned coins, recipes, unlocked games and routes, owned designs, decorations, equipped items, challenges and settings are stored locally. The game does not send these saves to WonderRivet Studios. It does not provide an account, cloud synchronization, multiplayer or a public leaderboard.
Game content is included in the app. Available games can be played offline; ads require an internet connection. There are no active paid in-app purchases or subscriptions in the current test build; the first public release is planned without them.
Google advertising
The app displays small banner ads on certain menus and results screens, and optional rewarded ads. Before starting a rewarded ad, the game describes the benefit available for completing it.
Google’s Mobile Ads SDK may automatically collect and share information including:
- Your IP address, which may be used to estimate general location.
- Ad and app interactions, such as launches, taps and video views.
- Diagnostic information about app or SDK performance.
- Device or account identifiers, including the Android advertising ID or app set ID where available.
Google uses this information for advertising, measurement and analytics, and fraud prevention. Ad processing and personalization depend on your privacy choices, device settings and applicable regional requirements. Google and its advertising partners may process information outside your country. The game has no separate WonderRivet analytics service or server for collecting gameplay records.

Your ad privacy choices
The app uses Google’s User Messaging Platform to obtain and manage ad privacy choices where required. Open the game’s Settings → Ad Privacy Choices to review or change your choices when a privacy form is available for your device and region. You may decline or withdraw consent through that form. Declining personalized advertising does not necessarily eliminate all ads.
You can also use your Android device’s advertising settings to reset or delete its advertising ID where supported. Available controls vary by Android version. Consent choices do not erase your local game progress.
Contact and support messages
If you email us, we receive your email address and the information you choose to include. We use that information to answer your request, investigate a reported issue or handle a privacy question. We do not require you to send private financial information or identification documents to play the game.
Please share only information needed to explain the issue. If you are a parent or guardian with a privacy concern involving a child, contact us using the address below. The game does not ask players to create a profile or submit their name, age or email address.
Retention, deletion and security
Local progress remains on your device until the app’s storage is cleared or the app is uninstalled. The app disables Android’s automatic backup of its data. Clearing storage or uninstalling can permanently remove your progress; WonderRivet Studios cannot recover a save that was never uploaded to us.
We retain support correspondence only as needed to answer and resolve the request, maintain relevant support records or meet applicable legal obligations. You can ask us to delete correspondence using the contact address below. Google determines the retention of information it processes under its own policies; a request to us does not automatically delete information held by Google.
Local game data uses the app’s device storage protections. Google states that data collected by its Mobile Ads SDK is encrypted in transit using TLS. No storage or transmission method provides an absolute security guarantee.
Privacy requests and policy changes
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal information, object to processing, or withdraw consent. Contact us about information you have provided directly to WonderRivet Studios. Use the ad privacy controls and Google’s privacy resources for information handled by Google. Local saves can be removed through your device’s app storage controls.
We may update this policy when the app or its information practices change. The date at the top identifies the current policy. Any future introduction of paid features will be reflected in an updated policy.
