Help us see what you see.

  • The app name and version.
  • Your phone model and Android version.
  • What you did just before the problem happened.
  • Whether it happens every time or only sometimes.
  • A screenshot or short recording, if helpful.

Please leave out passwords, payment details, children’s personal details and private calendar information.

SAVES & PLANS

Keep what you’ve made.

Our apps keep saves on the device. Closing and reopening preserves local data; clearing app storage or uninstalling can remove it.

Grandpa Joe: coins, records and designs stay local. Maisie: progress and creations stay local, with Android backup disabled.

Weeks Ahead: use Save backup and choose a destination before changing phones. It has no automatic cloud sync; backup files saved elsewhere must be managed separately.

For an ordinary app update, install over the existing version.

Grandpa Joe is slow or the audio stopped.

Try closing and reopening the app, and check whether a newer game version is available. If the issue returns, tell us which mode you were playing and whether you had just changed a decoration or outfit. A short recording can help us understand intermittent problems.

I finished an optional Grandpa Joe ad but didn’t get the reward.

Rewards depend on the ad reporting a completed reward. Closing early or an ad failing doesn’t grant anything. If you completed the ad and the benefit is still missing, tell us which reward you selected and what happened when the ad closed. Maisie and Weeks Ahead do not show ads.

A Weeks Ahead import got a date or time wrong.

Import suggestions should be reviewed before you confirm them. Edit the date, time or title in the review list, or leave out a suggestion you do not want. Photo recognition can need corrections, especially with handwriting or decorative text. If you report an example, replace private information with a sample.

I have a question about Maisie’s books or sound.

The grown-ups area has controls for narration, quiet music and calmer motion. Two books include narration; Super Smile Secrets for Kids is a visual reader. Email us if something does not behave as expected.
