SAVES & CREATIONS

Keep what you’ve made.

Progress, scores, settings, creations and recoverable drafts are stored locally on your phone. There is no account or server copy of your saves in this testing build.

Clearing app storage or uninstalling can remove those saves. Keep copies of creations you export somewhere you can find them before changing phones or removing the app.

Game data is excluded from Android cloud backup. Supported device-to-device transfer is permitted, but transfer and restoration are not guaranteed.

Please include:

  • Your phone model.
  • Your Android version.
  • The app version you’re testing.
  • The affected mode or level.
  • What happened and how to repeat it.
  • An optional screenshot, if it helps explain the problem.

Remove unrelated personal information from screenshots and attachments. Earlier builds may show “Backlash Ink”; please still include their version.

Something stopped working. What should I try?

Close and reopen the app. If the problem returns, record the steps and email us. Avoid clearing storage or uninstalling as a first troubleshooting step, because it can remove local saves.

Can support bring back a missing save?

We do not have a server copy of local saves. If you kept an exported creation, keep that file. Tell us what happened so we can investigate, but we cannot promise recovery.

Can I publish a creation to Community?

Community sharing is disabled in the current testing build. Creations and recoverable drafts are saved locally.

How is support email handled?

We receive your email address, message and attachments and use them to answer your request or investigate the issue. Correspondence is retained as needed to resolve requests, maintain relevant support records or meet applicable obligations. You can request deletion by email.
