Who we are and what this policy covers
WonderRivet Studios provides Puff Pact. Contact us at contact@wonderrivet.com or through our support page.
This policy covers the app, including its ad-supported Android edition with an optional one-time ad-free purchase. Native Google advertising and Google Play billing apply only in editions that offer those features. Browser previews do not run native Android advertising or billing. An app-store listing or a preview is not a promise that the Android edition is already publicly released.
At a glance: core gameplay data stays on your device. There is no required WonderRivet account or WonderRivet cloud-save service. Ads and Google Play purchases involve Google’s services and their own information processing. “Ad-free” removes third-party advertising; it does not erase past transaction or advertising records.
Information stored on your device
Flight progress, stars, scores, selected balloon looks, earned unlocks, decorations, settings and local challenges are stored locally to provide the features you use. We do not automatically upload these records to a WonderRivet server. There is no separate WonderRivet analytics or crash-reporting service in the app.
The game does not ask for a real name, precise location, contacts, camera or microphone access. Balloon customization choices and game progress are not supplied to advertising as profile data.
This policy does not promise cloud saving or automatic device-to-device transfer. Before changing devices, keep the existing installation until you have checked the available save options. A Google Play purchase record does not back up your game progress.
Your browser or Android system may store or back up app data according to its own settings. Where platform backup is enabled, the platform provider controls that service; WonderRivet does not operate it. Clearing or uninstalling the app does not delete separately exported files or backups held by another provider.
Advertising and Google privacy choices
The ad-supported Android edition uses Google AdMob and the Google Mobile Ads SDK to display ads. Google and its advertising services process data needed to deliver, measure and protect advertising. Depending on the device, ad settings, consent and applicable age treatment, this includes:
| Information | Why it is used |
|---|---|
| IP address and general location inferred from it | Delivering ads, regional privacy treatment, measurement and fraud prevention. The app does not request precise-location permission. |
| Device or account identifiers, including advertising or app-set identifiers where permitted | Advertising delivery or measurement and permitted security purposes. App-set identifiers are not used for personalized advertising. |
| App and ad interactions, such as launches, taps and video views | Ad delivery, advertising measurement, analytics and fraud prevention. |
| App or SDK diagnostics, such as startup performance, hangs or energy use | Reliability, analytics, security and fraud prevention. |
This SDK processing occurs independently of the local game progress described above. Non-personalized advertising does not mean that no data is processed. See Google’s Mobile Ads data disclosure, Google’s Privacy Policy and how Google uses information from partner apps.
Where applicable, a Google privacy message asks for your choices before eligible ads are requested. Use the privacy options presented in the app, when available, to review or change them. Consent choices may be stored on the device and processed by Google’s consent platform. Depending on your location and choices, ads may be personalized, non-personalized, limited, or unavailable. We do not treat refusal of personalized advertising as consent.
In an advertising-enabled Android edition, children and users whose age is unknown receive child-appropriate, non-personalized advertising through a Google Play Families self-certified ads SDK. Interest-based ads and remarketing are not used for these users, and their Android advertising identifier is not transmitted. If age screening is used, it is neutral; a local age category is used to apply protections, not to create a public profile. A request for consent is not a reason to encourage a child to claim to be older.
Your Android settings may let you reset or delete the advertising ID and manage ad privacy settings. Advertising disclosures can qualify as “sale,” “sharing,” or targeted advertising under some regional laws; use the applicable privacy choices and contact us about rights available where you live. The app does not sell your locally entered game save as an advertising profile.
Ads need internet access. When ads are unavailable, core bundled content remains available. The ad-free edition does not require you to watch ads for normal access.
Optional one-time ad-free purchase
The Android edition offers an optional one-time purchase through Google Play to remove third-party ads. The price and benefit are shown before you confirm; this purchase is not a subscription. Google Play handles payment using your Google account and selected payment method. The app and WonderRivet do not receive your full card number or bank login.
To grant or restore the ad-free benefit, the billing feature uses Google Play purchase information, such as product identifier, purchase status, purchase token, transaction time and an order reference where available. This is used for app functionality, purchase restoration and fraud prevention. Google Play processes purchase records under its own policies; local entitlement information is stored on the device. There is no WonderRivet purchase-verification server described by this policy.
Purchasing and restoring require an internet connection and the relevant Google Play account. Use the app’s restore or purchase-check option when provided. A restored purchase restores the eligible ad-free entitlement, not deleted flight progress. Refunds or revoked purchases can remove an entitlement. See the Google Payments Privacy Notice and Google Play refund information.
Removing ads does not delete data previously processed by advertising services, stop essential purchase checks, or remove records that Google retains for payment, security or legal purposes.
Audience and children
Puff Pact is designed for children aged 6 and older, teens and adults. There is no chat, public profile, user-uploaded media or direct messaging. Children should ask a parent or guardian before making a purchase or contacting support. A parent or guardian can contact us about access to or deletion of a child’s information that we hold.
We do not knowingly solicit children’s contact details for marketing. Advertising or purchase features must follow the age treatment described above. Parents should use Google Play’s purchase authentication and device controls to manage spending.
Security, providers and retention
We use the Android or browser app storage available on your device. A device screen lock helps protect locally stored information. This policy does not claim that local files or exports are separately encrypted by the app. Google advertising and payment services use their own security controls; their SDK disclosures describe encryption in transit. No system can guarantee absolute security.
Local records remain until you reset or overwrite them, clear app storage or remove the installation, subject to platform backup behavior. Exported files remain wherever you saved them. Google determines retention of its advertising, consent and payment records under its policies; an app reset does not delete those records.
If you contact us, we retain support correspondence only as needed to respond, resolve the issue, retain relevant support records or meet legal and security obligations. Our email and hosting providers process messages and normal web requests to deliver and protect those services. Information may be processed outside your country, including by Google and infrastructure providers in the United States and other locations under their applicable safeguards.
Your choices and deletion
- Play without creating a WonderRivet account or entering a real name.
- Clear local data through Android app settings, or clear the browser preview’s site data. This can permanently remove local progress, unlocks and customization.
- Delete exported files and platform backups separately through the service that holds them. Reinstallation may restore a platform backup.
- Review available advertising privacy choices and Android ad controls.
- Request access, correction or deletion of personal information WonderRivet holds by emailing contact@wonderrivet.com.
There is no separate WonderRivet account to delete. We cannot remotely erase data that exists only on your device. We may need enough information to identify a support record and verify a request. We may retain limited information when required for legal, security or fraud-prevention purposes. Google manages its own records; use Google’s privacy and payment controls for those records.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing, obtain a copy of information, withdraw consent, or raise a concern with a local data-protection authority. Contact us to exercise applicable rights; withdrawing consent does not undo earlier lawful processing.
Support, external links and privacy requests
If you email WonderRivet, we receive your email address, message and attachments and use them to respond or investigate your request. Please omit passwords, full payment details, bank credentials, purchase tokens and children’s personal details. You can send a redacted screenshot or a fictional example.
Opening a studio page, source reference, Google Play listing or email link uses an external service with its own policy. The WonderRivet website privacy policy covers ordinary visits to our website.

Policy updates
The effective date identifies this policy version. We will update this policy and the applicable app-store disclosures if data practices or providers change. Material changes will be communicated through the app or an updated notice when required. Existing browser previews and an advertising-enabled Android edition can have different service availability, as described above.
