Tell us what happened
Include your app version, phone model, Android version, level and area, difficulty, speed setting and what happened just before the problem. A screenshot or short recording can help. Please leave out passwords and full payment details.
Moving a gate
Drag along a usable glossy rail to reposition the glowing gap. Concrete rails are fixed. Match the goal’s symbol to the marble, then put the gate on that pocket to activate its nearby vacuum.
Guide, Bump and speed
Guide draws the route while the marbles keep moving. Availability depends on difficulty and recovery conditions. Bump affects the active crew and becomes available after a room stall. Speed changes the running pace; Hard still has its own faster marble setting.
Connected areas and portals
Exterior portals come in matching pairs. Tubes carry a marble into the next area continuously; the outlet is one-way. If a marble disappears or a destination never appears, tell us the level, area and marble symbol.
Keep your saves and Creator puzzles
Progress, settings, earned designs and Creator drafts stay on your device. Use the game’s JSON backup and puzzle export options before clearing storage or changing phones. Keep exported files somewhere you control. Android may back up local saves according to system settings.
Install an ordinary update over the existing app. Clearing app storage or uninstalling can remove local files. In-game Reset Progress retains owned cosmetics and is not a complete deletion of app data.
Ads and planned purchases
Version 2.4.1 uses Google demo banner ads and optional demo rewarded ads. They require internet and do not charge you. A collection reward is granted when the ad reports completion; closing early or an unavailable ad does not grant it.
The planned public release will offer ads and optional purchases through Google Play. Purchases are disabled in 2.4.1. Product availability, prices and supported restoration will be shown in the billing-enabled release. Google Play controls its payment records and applicable refund process.
If you later need purchase support, include the item and a relevant Google Play order reference, if available. Never send full card numbers, banking credentials or a purchase token. See Google Play’s refund guidance.
